All About Me
I am Savannah Mitchell, founder of Sunday Morning at Savannah’s—a house of warmth, where mornings are unhurried, details are deliberate, and hospitality is an art.

My vision began long ago as a child, a quiet wish for a place where light moves through old windows, conversations linger, and a cup of coffee becomes ceremony. Years later, that wish took shape at my own kitchen table where family and friends gathered for coffee tastings as I searched for the perfect beans. Then the world paused during the pandemic, and I launched Sunday Morning Coffee online, sending comfort across the country by the bag and believing this was the route to fulfilling my dream of owning a Bed & Breakfast with a coffeehouse.

In my annual search for the perfect location, I found a 200-year-old manor, that had been abandoned for nearly two years. I sold my house and moved in, restored what time had dimmed, and set the table—literally and figuratively—for neighbors and newcomers alike. What followed was grace in motion: a huge community embrace, local partnerships, friendships, artisans, small businesses, and a steady rhythm of guests who arrive as visitors and depart as part of our story.

With our elegantly appointed guest rooms (each with a private bath and sweeping views), a cozy coffee lounge, massage parlor and our Harmony & Bliss event space for gatherings provides you with a feel that is effortless and memorable.
